Bruised and Battered.

Ouch! thats all I can say.
Had a wonderful game of basketball on tuesday. 13 people turned up. Had an excellent time. Personally, I wasn't playing too well myself, but on the whole it was a good game. Most memorable moment would have to be when I lost the ball to Fujiwara-san and he had a free shot at the basket. But I came from behind and smacked his shot off.
Down side was that after about 20 minutes into the game, I sprained my ankle. Wasn't that bad, so I played on. Tried to run it off and not let the ankle "lock up" after the sprain. But on wednesday, I felt the ankle give. I could still walk, but its wasn't painless. Plus I found bruises on my right hip and left thigh. Looks like my body really took a beating. But Its ok, not gonna let these things slow me down.

On the work front, got things rolling and the design is in the 3D phase now. However, hit a little patch when I got carried away with the design of the weapon attachment arm. So I lost abit of steam.
But, things are cruising.

Was chatting with Sato-san and Hirao-san earlier on. And I casually mentioned how I had desperately wanted the replica sword from "新鬼武者”. I saw it when I went to David's the other day. He told me it was a secret item in the "Onimusha" weapon series. I checked the local stores and found them selling it at ￥8500!
No way I could afford that!
Anyway, to my surprise, Hirao-san suddenly told me that he had it! And whats more, he gave it to me! He said since he didn't work on "新新武者”, he didn't much care for this particular weapon. Seriously, I was elated.

I dunno, golden week is looming near. And there is still much to be done. I have a full schedule ahead planned out. Hope things will be fine. Gonna go into super work mode soon, so gotta psyche myself up for the marathon.
